Our client was a buy-to-let Portfolio Landlord who had built a substantial property portfolio over the past 10 years. The client held properties within both personal and Limited company structures. A key catalyst of their historical portfolio growth has been based on executing the right opportunity at the right time, at speed. They had identified an excellent opportunity to purchase two substantial properties on a complex title. The properties themselves were nonstandard asset profiles.
