Hiten Ganatra, CeMAP
Managing Director
Since Hiten started the business in 2008, Visionary Finance has grown from strength to strength. VF is recognised as one of the most respected mortgage brokerage firms both domestically and internationally serving clients and introducers across the entire mortgage spectrum. Hiten's industry knowledge and vast experience mean he is asked regularly to contribute regularly to industry-related news press and has recently been recognised as a The British Mortgage Awards Change Maker, contributing to making a fairer and more balanced industry.
Jody Beard
Executive Assistant to the MD
As Executive Assistant to the MD, Jody helps to maintain a highly organised working environment, supporting Hiten as well as the wider team. Thanks to her wealth of administrative experience and can-do attitude, no two days look the same! She can often be found collaborating on various projects within the business and maintaining continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
Jody is an integral part of the Visionary Finance team and is now growing in her role by undertaking her CeMAP qualifications to offer further support to a growing and exciting company.
Lisa Binks
Compliance and Training Manager
Lisa is responsible for the internal compliance and training amongst the team at Visionary Finance. Lisa has worked in the financial sector for over 11 years, previously working in banks and building societies in senior management roles.
Lisa's priority is quality. Everything she does is with the client in mind, all of her decisions are based on making improvements to existing processes and procedures in order to maintain our dedication to customer service. As well as this, she keeps the team up to date with relevant training.
Faye Adams, CeMAP
Head of International Mortgages
Faye joined the team February 2022 as a Mortgage & Protection Adviser and has a high level of experience with ex-pat and international clients requiring mortgages within the UK.
Faye's passion was to always be a Mortgage Adviser and she completed her CeMAP via Open University.
She strives to go above and beyond for all of her clients to ensure each and every client has a positive experience with Visionary Finance. In line with her strong relationship management skills, Faye was promoted to Head of International Mortgages in June 2023!
Hannah Tee, CeMAP
Protection
Manager
Hannah joined Visionary Finance in April 2023 and brings us her technical experience within the Protection industry. Having started the year with a few development goals, Hannah was awarded her CeMAP qualification in June.
Raised in the City of Bath, Hannah began her career in 2014 with Zurich's property insurance division and has worked within the Financial Services industry since, including Wealth Management.
In her short time with us, Hannah has proven herself and shown us her capabilities within various areas of the business. Our head team announced her promotion to Protection Manager in July.
Warren Maye,

Mortgage
Adviser
Warren joined the team in 2018 as a mortgage consultant having worked in the mortgage industry for over 15 years, both in the UK and overseas, for multinational lenders.
He is focused on providing excellent customer service building long term relationships with Visionary Finance Clients.
Warren has been in the Financial Services Industry over 25 years and holds a Certificate in Mortgage Advice (CII).

Moran
Junior Office Administrator
Renae has recently joined Visionary Finance as an Office Administrator, with a passion for mortgages and finance. She is working closely with our experienced administrators and advisors to develop her knowledge and skills. Renae is committed to her professional development and aims to achieve her CeMAP qualification within the next two years, with the long-term goal of providing mortgage and financial advice.
Paul Dean, CeMAP
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Paul joined Visionary Finance in May 2022 as a Mortgage Adviser after fourteen years of working in the Residential Lettings (BTL) sector in a senior management role. Paul holds his CeMAP qualification, a BSc in Real Estate Investment and Management, and is also a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Lettings Agents). Paul’s experience and background of working with rental properties in and around the Milton Keynes area have made him what we consider an expert in the world of Buy-to-Let mortgages. And his expertise doesn’t stop there! Paul frequently works with our international clients helping them to achieve their property-related financial objectives.
Natalie Hand, CeMAP CeRER
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Natalie is qualified to advise on mortgages, protection and later life lending. She loves to help clients reach their property goals whether it be their first home or investment property. Natalie has a broad knowledge of all mortgage subjects such as first-time buyers, self-employed, adverse credit and clients going through a separation. She enjoys building long-term relationships with clients, and passing on her knowledge and experience to help in any way she can to make the process as stress-free as possible.
Nick Munro, CeMAP
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Nick initially joined the team as a Trainee Mortgage Adviser working alongside the advisory team. After seven years of working in Event and Membership Sales and then purchasing his own home, Nick decided he wanted to help others throughout the mortgage process. Nick completed his training with us in April 2023 and is now a fully competent Mortgage Adviser. Nick brings with him his excellent levels of customer service by ensuring clients have a stress-free and efficient experience.
Hamida Begum, CeMAP
Mortgage and Protection Adviser
Hamida joined the team in August 2023 as a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. After completing university and starting her first job in Banking she was highly passionate about completing her CeMAP to become a Mortgage adviser. Hamida's passion has always been to help people make the most out of their money and time. She enjoys a building strong relationship with her team and always is willing to go the extra mile for her clients so they can have a positive and stress-free experience with their mortgage journey.
Roshan Singh, CeMAP
Mortgage Administrator
Roshan recently joined Visionary Finance having recently been awarded his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP), as well as a Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRER).
Roshan has quickly become a great support to the brokers and administrative team. He has a keen eye for detail and follows processes and procedures keeping cases organised and moving swiftly from application to offer. Roshan has his sights set on becoming a Mortgage Broker and being able to offer mortgage advice to clients in the future.
Krish Sharma
Mortgage Administrator
Krish has joined Visionary Finance as a Mortgage Administrator. Krish works closely with the Mortgage Advisers and Administrators, assisting them with ongoing cases and supporting our clients throughout the mortgage application process. Krish is now studying for his CeMAP qualification and will one day achieve his goal of offering mortgage advice.
Simba
Chief Morale Officer
Simba has, arguably, the most important role in the business. As our Chief Morale Officer, Simba is the happiest little pooch, spreading joy to all who meet him. Each morning he comes to the office with a spring in his step, ready for unlimited cuddles, lots of attention and at least half of your packed lunch. The office simply wouldn't run as smoothly as it does without the help of our four-legged friend. You will often find Simba having zoomies and bouncing from lap to lap amongst the team. If you're visiting the office, be sure to bring a veggie-friendly treat for Simba.
