Hiten Ganatra

Managing Director

Hiten has worked in property finance since 2008, building a strong reputation for insight, integrity, and results. He leads both Mortimer Street Capital and its sister company, Visionary Finance – a well-regarded mortgage brokerage known for its reach across the UK and international markets. Together, the two firms serve a wide range of clients, from private individuals to large prop co’s and portfolio investors, across the full mortgage and real estate funding markets.

Hiten is a regular voice in industry media and was recently named a Change Maker at the British Mortgage Awards, recognised for his efforts in shaping a more inclusive and balanced sector. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family, watching cricket, and playing golf.

Justin Trowse

Director

Featured in the Bridging & Commercial ‘Power List’, Justin brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and funding markets, having held senior roles at leading institutions including LendInvest and Allica Bank. Throughout his career, he has structured and delivered over £1bn of real estate over a wide range of transactions – from bridging loans and development finance to complex portfolio refinances.

Known for his pragmatic approach and deep market insight, Justin excels at navigating challenging funding scenarios and aligning capital solutions with clients’ strategic goals. He has a strong track record of working with private investors, developers, and family offices across the UK property market.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching F1, and playing golf.

Tom Madden

Director

Tom has extensive experience in senior roles within the UK Real Estate Finance market since starting in the industry in 2005. He is a Director at both Visionary Finance and it’s sister company, Mortimer Street Capital with his primary focus on delivering strategic growth across both businesses through origination expansion and key client and partner relationships.

Prior to Visionary Finance and Mortimer Street Capital he was a Director at LendInvest PLC where he launched both the Direct Borrower and Structured Finance departments as well as heading up Loan Syndication during his time there. His previous roles in the industry included Head of Business Development at a third part mortgage servicer and Head of Fund Management within a UK property finance fund.

Over his time in the industry Tom has worked closely with property developers and investors across a multitude of real estate classes as well as with funders covering the whole capital stack on deals from £1m to £100m. He is recognised in the UK specialist finance market as a leading expert within the bridging and development lending space.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is an avid sports fan both playing and watching, especially football and golf.

Jody Beard

Operations Manager

With over 2 decades of experience in operational roles, Jody has built a career around supporting leadership and driving organisational excellence. She brings a strong background in the financial services sector, including five years specialising in the mortgage industry, where she has developed a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, client service, and operational efficiency.

As Operations Manager at Visionary Finance, Jody is focused on optimising internal processes, fostering a collaborative culture, and helping the company reach its highest potential. Her strategic mindset and hands-on approach make her a key contributor to the firm’s continued growth and success.

Outside of work, Jody enjoys running and spending time with family and friends.

Neena Soni

Operations Executive

Neena joined Visionary Finance in January 2024 to support a temporary project and quickly proved to be an invaluable asset to the team. Her strong background in the financial industry, combined with her experience managing e-commerce businesses, led to her progression into the role of Operations Executive, where she now works closely with the management team to support the firm’s strategic goals.

Outside of work, Neena enjoys painting and cherishes time spent with her husband and children.

Nicholas Munro

Mortgage Adviser

Nicholas joined Visionary Finance in 2022 as an Administrator and has since progressed to the role of Mortgage Adviser. Over this time, he has developed extensive expertise in mortgages for expatriate and international clients and enjoys taking on complex cases that allow him to further expand his knowledge. Throughout his career at Visionary Finance, Nicholas has worked on a wide variety of mortgage cases, demonstrating his commitment to finding tailored solutions for each client.

Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his family, gardening, and playing golf.

Chris Omanyondo

Mortgage Adviser

Chris joined Visionary Finance as a Trainee Advisor in January 2024, having previously worked in property law for two years after graduating with a Bachelor of Laws LLB. Having had a broad overview of the property transaction from the legal standpoint, he developed an interest in mortgages and completed his Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice to become qualified. With a particular interest in specialist areas, he also achieved the status of Certified Practitioner in Specialist Property Finance to expand his knowledge of buy-to-let, bridging, commercial, and development finance. With his past legal experience, Chris is in the unique position of being able to advise clients on their mortgage with a comprehensive understanding of the property transaction from start to finish.

Samantha Riddell

Mortgage Adviser

Samantha became part of Visionary Finance in 2023, initially joining the team as an Administrator. Through her dedication, strong work ethic, and keen interest in property finance, she successfully transitioned into the role of Adviser. In her current position, Samantha works closely with a diverse range of landlords, managing multiple property portfolios and supporting them in achieving their financing goals.

Her in-depth understanding of the Buy to Let market, combined with extensive knowledge of lender criteria and underwriting requirements, allows her to provide tailored solutions that align with each client’s investment strategy. Samantha’s approachable manner and commitment to delivering exceptional service make her a valued member of the Visionary Finance advisory team.

Outside of work, Samantha enjoys travelling and spending time with family.

Matt Kavanagh

Mortgage Adviser

Matt brings over 14 years of combined experience in property and finance. He began his career in London lettings in 2011 before moving into residential mortgage broking. He later joined Christie Finance, where he specialised in commercial mortgages for trading businesses in the care and hospitality sectors.

More recently, Matt has been running his own family property business, focusing on new-build developments and investments in the HMO space. His hands-on experience gives him a strong understanding of what investors and developers need when it comes to funding real-world projects.

Danny King

Business Development Executive

Danny joined the team with over seven years of experience across the property, finance, and emerging technology sectors. He began his career in 2019 within property investment, specifically focusing on the below market value space, where he progressed to the position of Head of Fundraising. Following this, he moved into the crowdfunding sector, where he was responsible for raising capital across a variety of debt, equity, and Enterprise Investment Scheme products. Most recently, Danny spent time within the artificial intelligence sector, where he assisted businesses in implementing lead generation solutions driven by new technology.

In his new role with Visionary Finance, he focuses on building strategic partnerships and managing long-term relationships with a broad range of developers, investors, wealth managers, and brokers. He remains committed to utilising his diverse background to support the growth of the firm and its partners.

Outside of his professional life, Danny enjoys spending quality time with his family. He is also a keen walker and likes to fit in the occasional round of golf when time permits

Khulan Tsolmon

Mortgage Adviser

Khulan joined Visionary Finance in 2024 and quickly became a valued member of the team. With a strong background as an experienced mortgage adviser, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Khulan is highly client-focused and never hesitates to take on new cases, ensuring each client receives the time, care, and attention they deserve.

Her dedication and approachable nature have earned her excellent feedback from clients, who consistently praise her professionalism, clear guidance, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes. Her outstanding reviews are a true reflection of the quality of service she provides.

A much-loved member of the Visionary Finance team, Khulan is always ready to lend a helping hand and support her colleagues. Outside of work, Khulan is a devoted mum of three and a self-confessed coffee enthusiast. She enjoys balancing her busy family life with moments spent relaxing over a good cup of coffee.

Renae Moran

Mortgage Administrator

Renae began her career at Visionary Finance as a Junior Mortgage Administrator and, over the past two years, has developed extensive knowledge of the mortgage industry. She now manages a diverse portfolio of cases, including residential, buy-to-let, expatriate, and international mortgages. Renae is currently working towards achieving her CeMAP qualification to further enhance her expertise.

Outside of work, Renae enjoys spending time with her dogs, family, and friends.

Parag Patel

Mortgage Administrator

Parag joined Visionary Finance in 2025, bringing with him valuable experience gained from working with a high street lender. His background has provided him with a solid foundation in the mortgage and lending industry, as well as a strong understanding of client service and the importance of attention to detail.

Since joining the team, Parag has demonstrated exceptional motivation and a strong work ethic. He is already handling a number of complex cases with professionalism and dedication, showcasing his ability to learn quickly and adapt to the dynamic nature of the financial services sector.

Parag is currently working towards his CeMAP qualification, with the goal of progressing into an adviser role in the near future. His enthusiasm for learning and passion for helping clients achieve their property goals make him a promising member of the Visionary Finance team.

Outside of work, Parag enjoys watching football, spending quality time with friends and family.

Ryan Archell

Mortgage Administrator

Ryan joined Visionary Finance in February 2026 as a Mortgage Administrator, bringing with him a strong background in client-facing work. Before moving into financial services, Ryan worked as a Recruitment Consultant in the tech sector – his most recent office role – where he developed excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Although this was Ryan’s first role in the financial services industry, he has already demonstrated real commitment to progressing in his career. Having successfully completed his CeMAP 1 qualification in January, he has since passed his CeMAP 2 and 3 exams in quick succession. Following this achievement, Ryan has now moved into a new role as a Paraplanner. His long-term goal remains to gain extensive industry experience and ultimately transition into an adviser role.

Outside of work, Ryan is a keen sports enthusiast and plays football at the weekends. He also loves to travel, having recently spent time exploring Australia and Southeast Asia.

Holly Lewis

Junior Mortgage Administrator

Holly joined Visionary Finance in February as a Junior Mortgage Administrator, stepping into her first role within the financial services industry after completing her education in June 2025. Coming from a background in sales and service, she brings strong interpersonal skills, a customer‑focused approach, and a natural enthusiasm for learning.

Eager to build a career in the mortgage sector, Holly plans to work towards gaining her CeMAP qualification, with the long‑term ambition of becoming a mortgage adviser.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys going to the theatre, spending time with her family and friends, and looking after her horses – a passion that keeps her active and grounded.

Danny Beard

Junior Administrator

Danny  first joined Visionary Finance for his work experience placement, where he quickly impressed the team with his enthusiasm, professionalism, and keen interest in the mortgage industry. His standout performance earned him an ongoing role supporting the Operations Team during school holidays.

Currently studying hard for his GCSEs, Danny is focused on progressing to college, where he plans to study Business and then pursue his CeMAP qualification. His long-term goal is to become a qualified mortgage adviser, and he’s already laying strong foundations through hands-on experience and a proactive attitude.

Danny brings fresh energy and a willingness to learn, making him a valued part of the VF team whenever he’s with us.
